American Veterinary Laboratories will be a full service medical laboratory that will be certified by the Veterinary Laboratory association, and the laboratory will regularly participate in the proficiency testing program. AVL will have a state of the art veterinary specific instruments that will abide with all clinical laboratory quality assurance protocols.

We will be honored to serve the veterinarian community with our state of the art diagnostic instruments and our team of highly qualified medical technologists. Quality Assurance
AVL is completely committed to the delivery of quality laboratory testing. We will develop a quality assurance management to ensure that proper laboratory practice is constantly maintained. Our objective is to provide our clients with consistently accurate and diagnostically meaningful test information. Stringent quality control programs are an integral part of our testing protocols. We will participate in many proficiency evaluation surveys.
Client Services
This will be our central and vital factor in effective relationship between the laboratory and its clients. Our one goal is to determine how we can improve our services. We will have client service representatives that have veterinary knowledge and experience to help and assist our client’s needs. Whenever a problem is identified, AVL will strive to resolve the issue in a timely and professional manner. Our key is to act responsively and appropriate to prevent the reoccurrence of the problem. Moreover, AVL will continue to support continuing education for our clients. Marketing brochures, update bulletins and information dissemination materials are provided and distributed regularly to our valued clients.
